The Autograph Program has helped the foundation raise over $450,000 last year to support a charitable cause that is close to Carroll's heart. At the age of 85 Carroll takes time out of his hetic schedule to sit down and personally sign each item. Unfortunately Carroll is not able to make personal appointments for autographs, thus each item you want autographed needs to be sent to the Carroll Shelby Children’s Foundation.  1. Choose your personal item or purchase one with your Autograph Certificate at www.carrollshelbymerchandise.com 2. Label each item you wanted signed with your name. 3. Fill out the Return Information Form (provided with your Autograph Certificate) completely. 4. Package your items carefully and be sure to include your completed Return Information Form. Please note: return shipping address can not be a PO BOX as we can not insure appropriate delivery. 5. Place the red & black "Carroll Shelby Autograph" sticker (provided with your Autograph Certificate) on the outside of the box. 6.
